I would like to request a refund for my apptment ths coming 27, Unfortunately the branch i chose is not accepting new applicants for passport. I'm with my kid and don't want hasslement during that time pls refund my money. I’m a single parent every penny counts. Don’t be like that. Refund my money.

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the DFA Passport Appointment website, all fees are non-refundable and fees shall be forfeited for applicants who cancel their appointment.
