I traveled from Cebu to Manila of my passport appointment. Didn’t receive an update the prior day that the national DFA have suspended  the appointments on September 26 due to the typhoon. Very inconvenient. SM manila temporary site for simple renewal are not responding to our queries. We were just informed to wait for another email with the new appointment schedule. 

I have to take a flight just today for this appointment and never received an update prior to coming here. Why not prioritized those who have paid and have scheduled appointment already. Why wait within 30 days. Why wait??
