Dear Ms. Occenola, 

With reference to your FOI Request for a copy of the contract between the Department of Foreign Affairs and Mr. RJ Nieto, this Office wishes to inform you that the contract between the Department and Mr. Nieto had already been terminated. Thus, this matter is already moot and academic as far as the Department is concerned. 

We wish to inform you, however, that the information publicly revealed by Mr. Nieto regarding the terms of his contract are accurate.
