Hi, 

I own a Foreign Stock/Profit Limited Liability Company (LLC)
In the US, registered in the State of Florida. One of my business partners was scammed by a local worker commonly known as "Virtual Assistant" or VA today here in our country. 

The alleged person was paid prior to the service/s being rendered or delivered. Three (3) days after the VA received the payment from my business partner (the "Client"), we could never reach him nor get a hold of him. He ignored every phone calls, blocked every phone number we use for each attempt to mediate the issue. 

How do we resolve this?
