Hi! I am a seafarer and my passport will expire on Nov 16, 2021. Could I book an appointment to renew my passport before I will travel please. I tried to book online but all the time slots are not available. I live in Lapu Lapu City and there’s no available time slots at the moment to the nearest DFA centers. And I find it hard to different regions due to covid19. Could I avail the priority lane for the ofw/seafarer please.
