Dear Sec. Manalo,

Greetings!

We are conducting research on the political economy of structural transformation in the Philippines, seeking to understand how the economy has transformed since the 1950s and identify the factors that played a role in this.

In this regard, we would like to request the following, if possible:

- Share of foreign financing (e.g. development finance, ODA, grants, or any assistance) to PH gov. and GOCCs, 1950-2022

- Share of foreign financing (e.g. development finance, ODA, grants, or any assistance) to sectors or sub-sectors, 1950-2022
