Good day Officer,

I would like to request for an appointment of courtesy lane for the renewal of my daughter's passport who is turning 6 y.o. this month. 
My husband, my daughter and I traveled from Bohol to Cebu hoping to have our renewal as it is not mentioned in the website that dfa cebu will no longer hace courtesy lane for minors.
However we were instructed by the good security guard of what are we going to do.
So please, i am pleading from your good office to grant us an appointment as specified in the dates above.
