GOOD DAY  I would like to request  for a refund. I accidentally cancelled my passport appointment this December 13, 2023. I really need that money for me to process my passport again. here is the appointment code: 00272023121300580  i hope and pray you consider my refund payment thank you and God bless

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request.

As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the DFA Passport Appointment website, all fees are non-refundable and fees shall be forfeited for applicants who cancel their appointment.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to opcd.div2@dfa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
