Hello. I would like to request if you have a copy of the Extradition Treaty of the Philippines with the Republic of Korea (South Korea). 

I was unable to find a copy of the above-mentioned treaty, hence my request.

You asked for Extradition Treaty of the Philippines with the Republic of Korea.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information you are requesting falls under the inventory of exceptions to the right to access information and is confidential in nature. 

Section 2(b) of the Memorandum from the Executive Secretary on Executive Order No. 02 s. 2016 states that the following is exempted from FOI: 

“Privileged information relating to national security, defense or international relations such as Diplomatic negotiations are required to be kept secret in the conduct of foreign affairs".
