Hi! I would like to ask if I can reschedule my passport appointment? I got a high fever and I would not like to go to the office with my condition. It was too late for me to reschedule on site. Please help, my appointment is 10-11 am today.

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. 

With regard to your inquiry, If you were not able to attend your scheduled appointment, you need to set an online appointment again at http://www.passport.gov.ph. The processing fee is also non-refundable.
