Good day!

I am Matthew G. Marquez, taking Master's in Migration Studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra - Barcelona. I am collecting data from my thesis regarding how Strict Emigration Policies and the Integrity of Cross-border mobility in the Philippines. This is to request your office on statistical data regarding the number of repatriated trafficked Filipino nationals from 2010-2021, their sex/gender, area where they were repatriated from and if they are trafficked. The OWWA director me to course this through DFA OUMWA.

Response to your request 

We have not received clearance from the concerned office to release your requested information despite numerous follow-ups. In this regard, we wish to refer you to Section 5.8 of the FOI Manual:
