Hi. Gusto ko lang po sanang itanong kung kailangan pa po ba mag-secure ng clearance from DOST kapag kukuha pa lang po ng passport? Gagamitin lang po sana as one of the valid IDs, hindi pa naman po gagamitin for travel purposes. Thank you.
