Hello. The DFA and it's consular offices does not know how to issue passports and has asked me to get that information from you to relay it to them. This was asked previously, but was denied. You cannot deny a citizen a passport. It's been one year now with no food, no shelter, and no money. Thank you.


We wish to advise you of Section 2. provision of Memorandum Circular 05 S. 2020 on Vexatious FOI Request. Your entry is considered vexatious as it is frivolous, malicious, made in bad faith, intends to harass, vilify or embarrass the recipient office. 

We strongly denounce any motive to disenfranchise citizens with legitimate requests as well as add unnecessary burden to the affected government agencies' operations.
