Hi 

May I request for Secretary Lorenzana's travel history during his recent official trip to Europe? 
What protocols did he go through and which facility based quarantine did he stay?

You asked for the Secretary of National Defense Travel History and Quarantine Observance

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide the information you have requested due to the following reasons: 

a.	The travel itinerary of the SND to Europe concerns defense-related matters, hence, it is a national security issue which cannot be revealed.
b.	The SND’s quarantine facility is considered restricted and confidential.
c.	Medical records after travel are confidential and covered by the Data Privacy Act.

Your right to request a review
