Good day, Ma'am/Sir,

My name is Engr. Justin Earl D. Tan, the current Financial Secretary of the Knights of Columbus in Nichols, Pasay City. I am asking your good office that if we send our membership roster to your file, we could determine the deceased members of our organization? Since our members comprised of military men, I believe that your office has the right data for us to know his data either he is deceased or not. Please message me if there are any questions or comments regarding this request. Thank you and have a nice day.
