Good morning Sir/Ma’am, I am CG LTJG LINSON OLIVER P DEMORIN O-0785, a Student Officer of the Coast Guard Officers Advance Course (CGOAC) Class 03-2022. I am currently conducting a research entitled “Utilization of Non-uniformed Personnel (NUP) in the PCG: an Assessment and Framework for Improvement”.
