I am DENIS TORINO, the current and newly designated ROTC coordinator of SOUTHERN LEYTE STATE UNIVERSITY, humbly request from your good office the ROTC SERIAL NUMBER of the name herein cited below. This request is in response to the request of the student from our office for graduation purposes.
