Hi, I Would love to know my ROTC Serial Number / Accreditation Number (I'm not sure of actual term). This is the number issued to me upon graduating The ROTC course around 2005- 2006. I graduated at PUP Sta. Mesa. I need this for Volunteer Programs for the Government.
