Good morning sir/ ma'am. I would like to request for a copy of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations to Executive Order Nr 264 dtd 25 July 1987 in relation to the AFP Reservist Act of 1991.
This is a document submitted by SND Delfin N. Lorenzana to the Office of the President on 04 May 2017 for the President's favorable consideration and approval.
I would like to ask for a copy of the PRRD-signed and approved Revised IRR to EO 264, s. 1987 duly endorsed by SND Lorenzana. Thank  you very much.
