Gentlemen:

Respectfully inquiring if GPPB Resolution No. 25-2019 is still effective, or has been revoked/suspended by the Department of National Defense (DND).

The Resolution amended Section 37.1.4 of the IRR of RA 9184 by requiring the submission of the SEC Certificate of the foreign corporation, “within ten (10) days from receipt by the winning bidder of the NotIce of Award.”

Requesting for any Opinion recently issued by the DND on the above matter.

Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.
