Dear Mr. Gregg Jones Galgo,

	This pertains to your request dated 28 October 2018 for a digital copy of signed documents, speeches and other available public files of Secretary Tomas L. Cabili, 4th Secretary of National Defense during his term, February 27, 1945 – July 11, 1945.

	Please be informed that our aim is to provide information whenever possible. However, in this instance, we are unable to provide the information you have requested because these are not available in the DND Archives.

	If you are not satisfied with this response, you may request for an internal review of such response by writing to the Undersecretary of National Defense who heads the Central Appeals and Review Committee. Your appeal should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from receipt thereof. It shall be decided by the Department Secretary upon the recommendation of the Committee within 30 working days from the filing of said written appeal after which you will be notified of the result.

	In case the same appeal is denied after a review, you have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 s. 2011.
