Hello,

The DENR and DND recently did a relocation survey for the Military Reservation area (under Proclamation No. 134, s. 1963)  in Talakag, Kalilangan and Pangantucan, Bukidnon - as well as some other municipalities in Lanao del Sur.

I would like to request for an overlay on a satellite map, a screenshot, or a .kmz file where we can see the exact boundaries and coverage for the said area so we can further see which Sitio and Communities are included.

You asked for a copy of actual borders of the Military Reservation Area (under Proclamation No. 134, s. 1963) in Talakag, Kalilangan, and Pangantucan, Bukidnon, as well as other municipalities in Lanao del Sur.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/1963/07/11/proclamation-no-134-s-1963/

Moreover, military real estate properties are inherently classified, and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Undersecretary of National Defense who heads the Central Appeals and Review Committee.
