Good day, Ma'am/Sir!

I would like to request a certificate with my NSTP serial number because our school's registrar required me before I can get my credentials for taking the board exam and I went from my previous school where I take up my NSPT (ROTC) and the registrar said that they don't have a copy of the said records because ROTC is a special program.

I hope you can help me with this problem because our last filing date in PRC is on Oct 10, 2022.
