Greetings! I am Angelika Mae S. Fernandez, a graduating student of the University of Santo Tomas - College of Architecture. I am currently doing a thesis research in the subject of ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN 10 as a partial requirement for a Degree in Architecture. 

My proposed thesis is a Rehabilitation Center for Soldiers with Physical and Mental Trauma. In line with my project, I would like to request for the information and statistics of the following active and/or retired military armed forces personnel from the year 2000-2018:
