Hi, I am a 4th year student at the Ateneo Law School. I am currently in the last phase of writing my J.D thesis and I would like to request the DND's Implementing Rules and Regulation of Executive Order 264, s. 1987 in order to help me complete it. 
This is purely for academic purposes.
