Thank you for replying to my request. I am referring to the SIGNED and APPROVED by our dear President Rodrigo Duterte, the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) to Executive Order No. 264 series of 1987 that revised the previous existing IRR dated 25 July 1987, Sir. Such document was recommended to the president on 04 May 2017 by the DND, Sir.
