Good day, I'm Jenken Jayveen F. Frago, a BS-Architecture student from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, we're currently doing our undergraduate thesis on the Pandacan Oil Depot and we would like to ask about the following information that might help us in the proposal: 

1. If there are any documents that shows that there are specific building height restrictions in areas near the Malacañang Palace. 
2. If there are any illustrations (maps, graphics) that show the areas covered by these height restrictions, and 
3. If there are any contact persons that we can talk to about it.
