You asked for Rules/Guidelines on Evaluation of Former Rebels under the TFBL

Response to your request

Please be informed that our aim is to provide information whenever possible. However, in this instance, we are unable to provide the information you have requested because of the exception under Section 2 of the List of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 applies to the said guidelines. Currently, the Task Force Balik-Loob is finalizing the guidelines on the evaluation of Former Rebels (FRs). In particular, access cannot be granted since the issuance of initial or draft guidelines is covered by the “security” provision wherein disclosure is prohibited. But once the guidelines are finalized, we will notify you through email.

Your right to request a review
