Sir/Madam:

I would like to make an inquiry regarding the following:

1. Back pay of monthly pension as legal beneficiary (MRS GUILLERMA AURE CATIBAYAN) of my late husband (TSG NESTOR G CATIBAYAN) from June 2014 - November 2014. Any update whether it is settled to my account?

2. Pension differential from January - May 2019? I did not received anything single cent last year except my regular monthly pension.

3. Back pay of monthly pension from September - October 2019 since I failed to update my informnation prior my birth month last year.

Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
