Hello Sir/Maam:
I would like to request for the annual average WESM price. I will be using this data to estimate annual revenues of renewable power plants not included in the FiT program. Please indicate averages for each hour of the day, as well the 24-hour averages starting year one of the WESM implementation. If none, please have at least a separate average for daytime and night time.

Response to Request:

The DOE-EPIMB provides the attached WESM's monthly effective spot settlement price (ESSP) covering July 2006-December 2019. Should the information is not sufficient, we advise you to request the complete market information directly to Independent Electricty Market Operator of the Philippines (IEMOP) though telephone number 8318-9376.
