While the Department Circular No. DC2019-10-0013 was published last 07 November 2019 in the Business World and The Manila Times, we are yet to submit to the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR) certified copies of the circular. You may visit our website www.doe.gov.ph next week to download the copy of the circular.
