Hi! I would like to request an information regarding:

1. Transaction Volume for the past 5 years for each of the bureaus' listed services under the DOE citizen's charter.

Dear Mr. Ryan Villanueva,

This refers to your request dated September 16, 2021, with Tracking No. #DOE-442540188335 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.  You are requesting for information regarding the Volume of Transactions for the past 5 years for each of the bureaus' listed services under the Department of Energy's Citizen Charter.

For us to work further on your request, it would be helpful if you will let us know the specific information you need. The DOE has different bureaus/ services/offices with different data sets.

May we reiterate that your request requires multiple decision makers since the Department of Energy (DOE) has different bureaus/services/offices with different data sets. 

Likewise, the eFOI Portal, at the moment, cannot cater to multiple FOI Decision Maker (FDM) request.

To help you out, may we suggest grouping your requests per bureau as follows:

For Upstream Oil and Gas and Coal –This is under the DOE - Energy Resources Development Bureau (ERDB)

For Downstream Oil Industry and Downstream Natural Gas – This is under the DOE - Oil Industry Management Bureau (OIMB)

For Electric Power Industry – This is under the DOE - Electric Power Industry Management Bureau (EPIMB)

For Renewable Energy and Biofuels Roadmap – This is under the DOE - Renewable Energy Management Bureau (REMB)

For Alternative Fuels and Energy Technologies and Energy Efficiency & Conservation – This is under the DOE – Energy Utilization Management Bureau (EUMB)
