Hi! I would like to request the following information from 2009 to present (past 10 years, at least), if available:

1) Historical record of monthly electricity consumption (kWh) and/or demand (kW) per town/city in Albay; and

2) Historical record of power interruptions (including details like location, time, and duration) in Albay.

I am not sure if the government keeps these records (whether it's DOE or NEA); so if the exact documents I am requesting are not available, I would appreciate any relevant document with the closest detail possible.
