Feb 24, 2020 Dear Hannah Grace Guarin, Thank you for your request dated Feb 21, 2020 05:25:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Acceptable noise and smoke in residential areas. Your request You asked for 1. What's the acceptable noise in residential areas for generators. 2. Are noise and fumes from big generators considered as pollution (esp. in residential areas)? 3. For the establishments at residentials area, what are thing things they need to consider when running generators to avoid pollutions.
