Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this is part of internal services of Department of Energy thus this is not for FOI requests. However, you may wish to contact the concerned bureau, Oil Industry Management Bureau to refer you in the proper DOE Field Office considering you are in Baguio City so please contact the DOE Trunkline 8479 2900 local 421 for Office of FDM Director Rino Abad or the OIMB-RMMSCD Division Chief, Ms. Loralai Capistrano at locals 376/379.
