states that we need to provide the following: 

7.15. Clearance certificate from the Legal Services - No pending penalty or prohibition to engage in the LPG Activity. 
7.1. Executive briefer of operation.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have to respond under FOI because the information you have requested is part of Bureau Internal Services.
