Good day, I would like to request for information regarding:

1). List of Municipalities in CALABARZON that experienced power/electricity outage for more than 5 times from 1st of January 2019 to 1st of April 2021.

2). List of frequency of power/electricity outage of each municipality  that experienced power/electricity outage for more than 5 times from 1st of January 2019 to 1st of April 2021.
