Hi! I am Sherika Refuerzo, an undergraduate student from Mapua University. As part of our requirements in the Energy in Architecture course, we have to study the effect of design elements on energy consumption. 

In line with this, may I request a copy of the survey instrument from the Department of Energy or the Philippine Statistics Authority, whichever government is responsible for this concern?

I hope to get feedback as soon as possible.
