Good day.

As discussed during our telephone conversation this morning, you have confirmed to us that you have secured a copy of the signed copy of the IRR of RA 11285, through Mr. Jordan Ballaran of REMB.  

Relative to this, we would like to inform you that based on our data, some Designated Establishments in Albay were already complying with the reportorial requirements under RA 11285, i.e LCC Albay.  

Likewise, we are grateful for your efforts in disseminating the information on the requirements of RA 11285.  Should you have any concern on the above subject, please do not hesitate to contact us.
