Dear Mr. Aaron Razon.

Good day!

This refers to your request for data regarding the power requirement of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro for FY2010-2019 and percentage breakdown of power use in the municipality, if possible, which was received by our office on 20 February 2020.

Please be informed that the Distribution Utilities annually prepares and submits to the Government its Distribution Development Plan (DDP) which includes the total historical and forecast demand requirement of its respective franchise areas. The individual DDPs will form part of the Power Development Plan of the DOE to determine the power requirement of the country. Unfortunately, the DDP does not include the power requirement per municipality.

 With regards to your request, we suggest to directly coordinate with Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ORMECO) for the power requirement from FY 2010 to 2019 for the municipality of Bulalacao only. Also, it will be beneficial for ORMECO to know the purpose of your request so that they can assist your properly. You may contact them via their e-mail address ormeco_coop@yahoo.com or telephone nos.
