Greetings! 

I am a student of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines taking BS Electronics Engineering.  I would like to request for the Energy Consumption data of each region in CALABARZON-Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon province for our research  "Assessing the Bioenergy Potential of Coconut as a Primary Power Generator in the CALABARZON Region using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN)".
