This is a request in response to the information I requested in the past, with the tracking code: #DOE-809869614544. The requested excel file by the FOI contains some significant errors:
1. Located at the "BULACAN" Province
- Barangays under the cities of "Angat" and "Balagtas" are repeated even if they are already indicated.
2. Located at the "RIZAL" Province
-One barangay in Tanay, Madilay-dilay, is not included in the file even though all cities and barangays in Rizal are included under Meralco Services.
Due to this, I kindly request for a revised copy of the excel file. Thank you!
