Please be informed that the request for Legal Clearance is part of the requirements prescribed for the application of both Certificate of Compliance (for Liquid Fuels Retail Outlet) & License to Operate (for Liquefied Petroleum Gas Outlet activities), to be submitted.

You can request the templated Request for Legal Clearance form, as included in the COC/LTO Checklist & related Application Documents at, eimd.doedavao@doe.gov.ph.

Please be advised to have the set of requirements scanned and be subjected for preliminary online assessment, to be sent to the same email address (eimd.doedavao@doe.gov.ph).

Your right to request a review
