HI,  CEBECO 3 has been placed one of their electric posts inside our property, for I think more than a decade already, without any compensation. My questions are:
1.  What is our right if we requested for this post to be transferred out, but the company only tells us that they can only do it if the post hinders a development in our property and that our property is the only ideal area to place the said post?
 2. Is it true that they are a non profit company that is why they don't pay land owners when their post is placed a inside private property?
