For Item No. 1. Please be informed that the DOE has no detailed data on monthly/ daily/hourly/yearly average solar radiation of Cabangan, Zambales. Nevertheless, the country’s annual/monthly average data on solar radiation (direct normal irradiance and tilted irradiation) are among the renewable energy resources information contained in the “Philippine Geospatial Toolkit”, an open-source map-based software application which is accessible/downloadable at:
