Dear Ms. Eusebio:

As far as the DOE would like you to provide the information, the requesting party should have written approval from the Island Wind Energy Corporation. Pursuant to Section 11.2 of Wind Energy Service Contract No. 2016-07-096 awarded to IWEC “Without the written consent of the other Party, no Party shall use or disclose the confidential information to any third party and/or to any affiliate not directly connected with the implementation of the RE Contract”.
