You asked for Data/Documentation on Smart Metering in the Philippines.

Response to Request

Please refer to the attached DOE Department Circular No. DC2020-02-0003 "Providing a National Smart Grid Policy Framework for the Philippine Electric Power Industry and Roadmap for Distribution Utilities."

As to smart metering, the DOE currently does not have the specifics as it is vendor-driven.
