Hi, I would like to request a copy of the 2017 annual report/ financial statements of Chevron Philippines Inc. 
I initially requested this thru SEC and they said it does not match their record. I went to CPI and they advised me to request to your office since they forward you a copy.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

As a matter of policy, the DOE do not release per-company
data and company-specific information.

Note further that per Section 15(g) of the RA No. 8479 (Deregulation Law of 1998), the DOE Secretary is only allowed to release "any
commercial or financial information... to officers and employees of
appropriate law enforcement agencies... "
