Thank you for your request dated Jul 03, 2023 09:06:35 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Total Energy Consumption.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested.

Inter-Agency Energy Efficiency and Conservation Committee (IAEECC) Resolution No. 1, s. 2020 entitled as “Directing All Government Agencies, including the Local Government Units (LGUs) and Foreign Service Posts, to Comply with the Government Energy Management Program (GEMP), Ordering the Department of Energy (DOE) to Conduct Energy Audits and Spot Checks, and Submit Proposed Improvements to the GEMP”. The said resolution states the confidentiality of the reports, as follows: 

“All reports shall be treated with strictest confidentiality. Specific reports of each government agency and Local Government Unit (LGU) shall not be divulged without the consent of the agency and LGU concerned”.

In view of the foregoing, we regret to notify you that we are unable to share the energy consumption of SBMA due to the confidentiality of the records. May we recommend instead requesting the information directly from the SBMA.
