Hi good day!

I'm just curious  why there are two different files in Private Sector initiated power projects: (1) "2020 Private Sector initiated power projects in Luzon (committed)" and (2) "2020 Private Sector initiated power projects in Luzon (indicative)". What is the difference between committed and indicative?

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. In response to your question, the difference between committed and indicative projects is financial closure.  Committed refers to power projects that have secured financial closure while indicative are those with the intention to put up power plants but are yet to establish financial closure.
